Step 1: Touch the three straight lines in the bottom-right edge of the display.

Step 2: Scroll down and touch "Settings.".

Step 5: Touch the toggles alongside "Publish HD" to have the Facebook application upload video clips and images in HD going forward (the toggles will turn green).
